This applies to accounts used in the BuyLive mobile application (iOS and Android). Deleting your account removes:
> Your account and the email address associated with it
> All customer-service messages and photo attachments you exchanged in the app
> Your device push tokens (notifications stop immediately)
How to request deletion: send an email to help@buylive.app from the email address you use to sign in to the app, with the subject "Delete my account". No other information is required.
We confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, as required by the GDPR. Order records held by the seller you purchased from (invoices, shipping data) are retained by that seller for legal and tax obligations and are governed by their own retention duties.
When a seller connects their Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to the BuyLive Live Printer, we store:
> The Page / Instagram account identifiers and display names
> The access token granted by Meta (encrypted at rest)
> Public comments posted on the seller's own live broadcasts (automatically purged after 30 days)
Log in to your BuyLive back office → Integrations → click Revoke next to the connected account. The stored access token is invalidated immediately, and the remaining comment data is purged automatically within 30 days.
Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations (or Settings → Apps and Websites), find BuyLive Printer and click Remove. Facebook then sends us an automatic data-deletion request and we erase the tokens and data associated with your account.
Write to help@buylive.app from the email address linked to your BuyLive account, mentioning "Meta data deletion". We confirm the erasure within 30 days, as required by the GDPR.
If you arrived on this page after removing the app on Facebook, your deletion request has been received and is being processed. The associated tokens are invalidated immediately and all related data is erased within 30 days. For any question, contact help@buylive.app with your confirmation code.
