1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of Buylive.app. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with this Agreement in full.

2. Service Description

Buylive.app enables merchants to generate checkout links and capture orders during live shopping sessions that they host on their own third-party social platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok). Buylive.app does not itself host or broadcast live streams. Where a merchant connects their own social account, and with the merchant's authorization, Buylive.app reads the comments on the merchant's own live videos to detect purchase intent, convert it into orders, and — where the merchant enables it — send the commenter a single private reply containing the merchant's checkout link. Use of these integrations is additionally subject to the terms and policies of the relevant social platform.

3. Plans and Pricing

• Starter Plan: 29.99€*/monthly or €299*/yearly + 4% commission. (first 30 days free trial)
• Seller Pro: 99.99€*/monthly or €999*/yearly + 3% commission. (+2 months free)

4. Billing and Payment

All charges are billed weekly via stored credit card. If payment fails, your account may be suspended. Merchants bear third-party transaction fees.

5. Merchant Responsibilities

• Comply with EU law and platform policies.
• Hold the necessary rights to any social account you connect, and comply with that platform's terms and policies (e.g. Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Terms of Service).
• Use your own payment processor (e.g. Stripe, Viva, PayPal).
• Manage shipping and customer returns.
• Provide a 14-day EU return policy.
• Keep business/tax info updated.

6. Prohibited Items

Prohibited: adult items, alcohol, drugs, gambling, food, weapons, counterfeit goods. Violations lead to immediate account suspension.

7. License and IP

You retain ownership of content. Buylive.app holds rights to platform code, design, and branding.

8. Privacy

We follow GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

• You may cancel via dashboard at any time.
• All our Plans can be cancel anytime from your account.
• All invoices must be paid prior to termination.
• Unpaid invoices may result in suspension until settled.

10. Limitation of Liability

Buylive.app is provided "as-is". We’re not liable for losses due to outages, external integrations, or platform changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Irish law. Disputes fall under Estonian jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update terms without notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
